When I speak about "Namma" with someone , they try to conclude that it is another Amway .
But Namma and Amway are miles apart or rather universe apart . Here are the differences .

1 Amway / RMP are Network marketing agencies but Namma is NOT .
Amway / RMP are Network marketing agencies . They create hieracrchy and the money gets into this chain . The person at top makes the maximum . But Namma is not a chain . Namma divides its profit among the members based on their contribution to the profit of Namma . There is no hierarchy or tree or anything . It's a community where all are treated equally.

2. Amway/RMP etc need a initial inevstment as membership .
Namma requires no extra memebrship charges . You become a member by consuming NAMMA services and these are not some "extra requirement" services . These are your day to day needs like NAMMA retail , Namma Health etc , which offer you the best quality of service .

3. The Total Mall / Apollo Hospital also has memberships .
True , But they offer rebate in cost .NOT A SHARE IN PROFIT . We are the only institution which is offering the consumer a share in the profit . Apart from getting quality service , your membership acts as a investment which gets back returns every 3 months . The potential of return infact may exeed the amount you have paid for the service .

4. Namma Services should be costly else why are they offering this .

No . Namma offers service at the most competitive price . We are realising the power of people . We want people also to realise that if people get united , every person can grow . We give every person back every pie that he is elgible for .

5. Dont speak abstractly . I did not understand the 4th point .

6. NAMMA passes on the profit that is got just beacuse we are together .

There are intangible profits which the force of united people can get to the organisation . For example in NAMMA retail , if there are 1000 footfalls a day , Kellogs will pay NAMMA to place their product in the first rack , Nestle will pay NAMMA to place it in second rack and so on .These intagible profits in todays world is far more than what direct returns are got . This profit NAMMA is passing on to the members , which no other person is doing .

You get more than what you invest .

You can invest with NAMMA . You might have to invest around 2L ( refundable) and around 8-10k a month ( Max) .

Is there any membership fees ?
No . There is no membership feed . To become a member you need to purchase Rs 2000 worth products from NAMMA Retail per month . ( Easily expense of a small house hold will cross Rs 2000 a month) .ie instead of buying your monthly ration from some "local Kirana" shops , buy it from NAMMA Retail outlet .

What is the profit ??
Every 3 months we declare the profit statement and 25% of the profit will be distributed among the members . So every 3 months you will be getting some money .

In a sense you are giving back a small part of money which you earned by me , right ?
It is not just the profit which the retail shop makes from your purchases , but also profits earned because of power of unity of NAMMA .

What are the other means of profit ??
Namma believes in power of people . Say if there are 1000 footfalls in the retail outlet , then NAMMA will get money from different manufacturers like Kellog , Nestle etc to place their product in a particular shelf . This money is also coming back to the customer . So the potential that this power of people can bring is huge and because we form the force we get the benifit that the NAMMA reaps .

So you are saying that By just utilising the NAMMA services I can earn ??
Yes . You can earn the benifits the group bring just by utilising the services and paying NO EXTRA MONEY .

How is it different from AMWAY ??

1. Amway is a Network Franchise . But NAMMA is not .
2. Amway is hierarchy and chain . You need to pay some initial charges to become a member and you need to bring in more members . But NAMMA is not that . There is NO MEMBERSHIP FEES and NO HIERARCHY , You dont have to go on convincing your friends to buy from NAMMA . All you have to do is buy your monthly ration from NAMMA Retail , thats it .
3. Amway prodcues its own goods and ofcourse the quality is under question and limited choice to the consumer .
   NAMMA is just like any other shop . You can buy what ever product you like. So no restriction of choices and no question of quality
   

Is this another "face" of discounts ??
No. NAMMA is the only institution in whole of the country which is offering to give a % of profit to the customers directly . No one other than NAMMA is offering a percentage of profit . We believe in inclusive growth . Profits are different from discounts . The end customer is not only benifited by his own purchases but also because of collective force , he gets a part of profit which this collective force is going to earn .

Is there Home Delivery ?
Yes . But you need to pay for the delivery charges .
